My Background

Life threw me some curveballs a few years back, including dealing with autoimmune issues. But you know what they say about tough times—they can lead to some incredible breakthroughs through the breakdown. 

In my search for healing, I stumbled upon the world of holistic medicine. It was like finding a missing piece of the puzzle. Energy work, Reiki,  intuitive coaching—I dove headfirst into it all, and it changed everything. 

Now, I'm a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and I've got some serious skills in intuitive coaching. Plus, I graduated from massage school in 2018. Since then, I've been on a mission to spread the word about holistic healing in my community- esp with black and brown people.

But let's be real—it's not just about the fancy titles and certifications. It's about the connections we make and the lives we touch. It's about doing the WORK and showing up in my community being of service. Whether it's through a Reiki session or a heart-to-heart chat, I'm here to help people find their own path to healing and happiness. I am here to give you the tools and jumpstart that you need to implement.
